Area B is proposed for the development of single-family homes.

Area C is proposed for the development of stores, medical offices, business offices, restaurants and/or fast-food restaurants.

Area D is proposed for the development of administration buildings (Yeej Loog Qoov Sua), non-profit businesses, and a giftshop.

Area E is proposed for the development of a business plaza and apartments.

Area F is proposed for the development of single-family homes.

Area H is proposed for the development of a K-12 school.

Area I and J are proposed for the development of single-family homes.

Area K is proposed for the development of a clubhouse, apartments, neighborhood park, and storage facilities.

Area L is proposed for the development of a hotel, mini-store, gas station, and fast-food restaurant.

Area M is proposed for the development of a park, recreation areas, and a museum (Looj Loog Luaj Sim).

Wetlands (the areas below Area B, between Area A and Area C, and by Highway 70) are proposed for the development of a theme park.

Area G is proposed for the development of Leej Niam’s Temple (Vaj Loog Zim Txwv).
