ZNHN CLT uses the Butte County Area Median Income (AMI) to determine income eligibility for individuals and families who have interest in purchasing our homes. Most of ZNHN CLT homes (about 75%) can only be sold to households with an annual gross income (before taxes) of 80% or less of the Butte County AMI.
